Latkes - Four Dozen (48) - Shipped Frozen

Four Dozen (48) latkes lightly baked and quick frozen. Ready to be heated at home to desired darkness. Made with local potatoes and without any seed-oil.

Largest pack for best value shipping. Shipped frozen with insulation and ice packs to maintain frozen temperature for 24 hours. It is expected to arrive partially, if not fully, thawed, especially if shipping takes more than one day. We recommend storing in refrigerator for up-to 5 days, but it can also be re-frozen for longer storage.

We will use the shipping method that is the best value to ensure delivery within two days. For New England, it is likely to be UPS Ground and arrive the day after shipping. Beyond New England, it will take two days whether by ground or Air.

Heating Instructions:
Oven Method (recommended): Can be heated in oven directly from freezer. Preheat oven to 450°F. Line baking sheet with foil or parchment. Lay latkes in single layer. Bake 10-15 minutes to desired crispness. They can be flipped after 10 minutes for more even browning. Skillet: They can be defrosted and reheated with a little oil in skillet, frying 4 minutes on each side.

Latke size: Each latke weights approximately 1.5oz and measures 3.5in diameter and 3/8in thick.
